Returns

Withdrawal / Return - Change of Products

You have the right to return or change the entire order or part of it within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you receive it. The date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt. If the return is not made within 15 days, then our company may not accept it.

To exercise the right of return - change, you must:

Send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is, it must be complete, without damage and without the special markings-labels of the product having been removed, within the packaging in which you received it. The products are returned by you exclusively with the courier that you received them, that is, door-to-door delivery.

Returns - exchanges are made exclusively with the courier service you received (door-to-door delivery) and always at the expense of the recipient, i.e. www.aromasofcrete.com.
In case the customer chooses another shipping company, the cost of shipping is borne exclusively by the customer.

Returns

In case the reason for the return concerns an error on the part of www.aromasofcrete.com, the entire amount paid by the customer is refunded.
In case the customer wishes to return his order without any fault on the part of www.aromasofcrete.com, the return costs are deducted from the
returned amount and amount to €4.00.
