The Aromas of Crete - Rest series has a soothing effect and is a beneficial solution to insomnia issues, offering relaxation and quality sleep.

Cannabinol (CBN) is one of the widely known cannabinoids, it interacts with our body through the activation of the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2, and has been proven to have a positive effect on the overall well-being of the body, appetite regulation and a healthy sleep cycle.

Each Aromas of Crete - Rest 10% package contains 10ml (approximately 200 drops) of hemp oil with 5% (500mg) cannabidiol (CBD) content and 5% (500mg) cannabinol (CBN) content / 5mg per drop.
Enriched product in extra virgin organic olive oil derived from cold-pressed processes.
The plant raw material comes from cultivation in Greece, without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
As a base/dilution oil, organic hemp seed oil (Hemp Oil) of high nutritional value is used. (product of pressing from the seeds, rich in omega-fats)

Use:

Shake the vial well before use.
Swallow to dry the mucous membrane and maximize effectiveness. It is recommended not to consume water shortly before and shortly after use.
For easy intake, the use of a mirror is recommended.
Instill the drops under the tongue, holding the dropper vertically. Wait 60 seconds and then swallow.
After use, close the vial tightly. Store the product away from sunlight, heat and humidity.
The dosage may vary from person to person. Use is for prevention purposes. It is recommended to use 1 drop on the 1st day and increase the dosage by 1 drop each day until the desired result is reached. If you are taking medication, inform your doctor before proceeding.
Observe any changes and take notes.
The ideal dosage is the point between the dose at which the first improvement is observed and the dose at which no further improvement is observed.
It is recommended that the daily dosage not exceed 70mg.
